由湖南益阳农村音乐教育引起的思考

摘 要

随着基础教育改革的深入发展，学校音乐教育受到越来越多人的重视。在地域辽阔的广大农村地区，绝大多数地方的学校音乐教育未得到应有的重视与发展。我国农村人口占全国总人数的80%，如何提高农村中小学音乐教育是很值得探讨的1个问题。

本论文通过对湖南益阳农村中小学音乐教育现状，及其存在问题的原因进行了分析。主要从更新教育观念,全面实施素质教育；充实教师队伍，提高师资水平；加大音乐经费投入，充分利用有利条件，改善办学条件；提高音乐教师自身素质4个方面进行全面的分析。并提出了1些改革的具体措施。

ABSTRACT

With the deep development of basic education innovation, people pay more attention to the school music education. However, in the far-flung country area, the music education in many country schools cannot gain enough recognition and evolution.
