摘要：本文讨论了马尔可夫的基本概念与理论,譬如:马尔可夫链的定义,马尔可夫性,转移概率,转移概率矩阵,绝对概率，C-K方程，极限分布等。在此基础上，探讨了在经济现象的发展变化中符合马尔可夫链规律的马尔可夫链预测法及马尔可夫链决策法。

prediction and decision of economic

Abstract:The article studys the basic theories of Markov chain .For example:the definition of Markov chain、 Markov property 、transition probability 、 transition probability matrix、 absolute probability、 C-K equation and so on .On the basis of them,it discusses the ways of the prediction and decision of economic in the development and changes of the economical phenomenon ,which accord with the regularities of Markov chain.
