核医学科医院感染分析及对策

摘要：目的：探讨核医学科医院感染的有效控制方法。方法：分析医院感染监测项目结果后，成立核医学科医院感染管理小组，重新整理工作职责，制定工作标准、规范操作流程，加强人员知识培训，定期反馈监测结果，不定期培训和考核相结合等方法。结果：改进措施前后的空气培养、物体表面、和工作人员手细菌培养结果有统计学差异（P< 0.05 ）；使用中的消毒剂安尔碘细菌培养结果无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论：充分认识核医学科医院感染控制的意义，遵守错左流程，保证核医学科配制核素药品及注射环境安全，有效控制交叉感染。

Abstract：Objective：To explore the effective nuclear medicine hospital infection control method.Methods：The hospital infection monitoring was analysis after the results. A nuclear medicine hospital infection management team was set up. The job responsibilities was rearranged. And the work standard， standard operation procedure， strengthen personnel knowledge training， regular feedback monitoring results， not regular training and assessment methods were set up for improving hospital infection. Result：The results before and after the improvement measures of the air training， object surface， and staff hand germiculture was statistically difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：To understand nuclear medicine hospital infection control significance， abide by the wrong left process， ensure that nuclear medicine preparation nuclide medicine and injection of environmental safety， are effective control method for cross infection.

1 临床资料和方法

1.3 标本采样方法。由院感染管理科专职人员采样后送检微生物室，样本置370C恒温箱中，培养48h后观察结果，计数菌落总数。采样前准备：①室间取样：制备室、注射室、分装室三个室间通风半小时，常规清洁处理，然后紫外线消毒1小时，在无人活动条件下，将培养皿空气暴露30min。②工作人员手取样：工作人员流动水洗手后由医院感染科人员按规范操作取样。③物体表面有院感人员取样。

1.5 统计分析。采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。
