摘 要

21世纪已经到来，信息技术日新月异，多媒体技术、通讯技术、网络技术等已渗透到各个方面，使多媒体技术发生了革命性变化，改变着传输的方法、方式以至内容，转变着人们的信息、娱乐。面对这些变化，我们应抓住这1时机，适应现代的需求，跟上时代的步伐，把现代视频播放技术应用于播放系统之中，从而提高系统质量，推进系统的传播。

本篇论文详细讲解了利用ASP、Microsoft Access2000、FlashMX200

4、Helix Server等软件工具制作“在线视频服务系统”的过程，并简要介绍了流媒体技术和Internet及Web技术的发展。本设计着重设计了前台页面和后台管理的页面，并在各自的权限中提供他们，影片浏览，影片评价、和影片推荐。而在后台中，除了这些还提供了管理员对他们这些注册用户的管理，对影片的管理，在系统中有着重要的地位。
